We are looking for motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls communicating professionally with customers and following campaign guidelines to ensure quality performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree /Master in HR (BBA HR / Relevant Field)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience Required
Job Responsibities :
- Managing recruitment and interviews
- Handling employee records and attendance
- Conducting onboarding and training sessions
- Maintaining performance reports of staff
- Coordinating with management and staff
- Hiring agents and retaining employees effectively to ensure long term performance and
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and implementing effective retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance team productivity.
