Hiring online elementary Math teacher

Tadbir Academy is hiring an Elementary Math Teacher for KG to Grade 4 who is experienced in teaching small group online classes. This role is focused on building strong foundational math skills through concept-based learning, engagement, and structured interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online math classes for KG to Grade 4 students in small groups
• Deliver lessons focused on understanding concepts, not memorization
• Start each class with short mental math activities (5–7 minutes)
• Encourage student participation and maintain engagement throughout the session
• Guide students using questions instead of directly giving answers
• Provide regular feedback on student progress
• Follow Tadbir’s structured curriculum and teaching approach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Mathematics, or related field preferred)
• Experience teaching young children (ages ~4–10)
• Experience with online teaching and group classes
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to keep young learners engaged and attentive
• Comfortable using online teaching tools (Zoom or similar)
• Stable internet connection and quiet teaching environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with early childhood or primary education
• Familiarity with interactive or concept-based teaching methods
• Prior experience teaching international or structured curricula

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
