As a Property Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of Dubai’s real estate scene—building your own pipeline, closing high-value deals, and earning uncapped commissions based on your performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate and manage leads across Dubai’s property market
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client needs and match them with the right properties
• Negotiate offers and close deals confidently
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure smooth transactions while following DLD & RERA regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate in UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
• Professional, confident, and client-focused
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Must have a laptop & smartphone and ability to use real estate CRM tools.
