Role Overview

We are seeking a Process Simulation Engineer to support our Operator Training Simulator (OTS) projects in the refinery and fertilizer industries. The role involves delivery of hands-on operator training, requiring strong technical expertise and instructional ability.

Key Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering
• Knowledge of refinery/fertilizer plant operations and unit operations in chemical engineering
• Understanding of sensors, control elements, and PID controllers
• Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems (advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad as per project requirements
• Technical Scope – Simulation Development
• Design and configure Operator Training Simulator (OTS) applications
• Apply DCS/SCADA knowledge to enhance simulation realism
• Implement fundamentals of sensors, control systems, and PID control
• Ensure simulations accurately replicate real-world process plant operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
