Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated servers who are over 21 years old to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a lively dining environment. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food service, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars
  • Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and basic food handling techniques
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
  • Previous experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is highly desirable
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
  • Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices in hospitality, guest services, and food preparation
