Part-Time Creative Assistant

We are a growing design agency and music-focused creative brand working across artist development, visual storytelling, and digital content.

We’re looking for a part/full-time Creative Assistant to support ongoing video production, visual content, and general project needs across the company.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in video creation or editing, a strong visual sense, and the flexibility to assist with a range of creative projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with video creation, editing, and content production
• Support visual materials tied to music releases, artist storytelling, and brand content
• Help with general creative projects and day-to-day production needs
• Organize creative assets and assist with project coordination
• Support the team with other company-related creative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with video production, editing, or visual content creation
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Comfortable supporting a variety of creative and project-based tasks
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, or similar

Nice to Have

• Experience with music, entertainment, or artist-related content
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
• Interest in blues, soul, vintage, or cinematic aesthetics

Role Details

• Part-time
• Flexible schedule
• Paid hourly, based on experience
• Los Angeles preferred, remote possible for the right candidate
