About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in managing and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing ROI, and driving qualified leads and revenue growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- TikTok Ads (plus point)
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets effectively.
2. Campaign Optimization & Performance
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CPL
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for scaling performance.
- Reduce cost per acquisition while maintaining lead quality.
3. Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion tracking & event tracking
- Ensure accurate reporting and attribution.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Creative team (for ad creatives)
- Content team (for messaging)
- Web team (for landing page optimization)
- Sales team (to align lead quality & revenue targets)
5. Reporting & Growth Planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and growth recommendations based on data.
- Identify new audience segments and expansion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing high-performing paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Excellent understanding of digital funnels and customer journeys.
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in eCommerce or lead generation industries.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and CRO.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
