Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (Marketing/Communications preferred)
Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Timings: 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in the Digital PR domain (online media placements, influencer collaborations, reputation management, etc.)
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service
• Develop tailored proposals aligned with client needs and business goals
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Keep up with the latest Digital PR trends, tools, and platforms to create innovative solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (PR, content, outreach, SEO) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Track campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction
• Represent the company at networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to build a strong lead pipeline

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition in Digital PR, Digital Marketing, or related industries
• Strong track record of achieving sales/revenue targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of the digital PR, online media, and influencer ecosystem
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in CRM and sales pipeline management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
