• 5S Management and Safety
• Presentation Skill

Position 2:

Machine Shop - Shift Supervisors

Machine Shop AM with 10+ Years of experience.

Required Skills

• Shift Production and Manpower Planning
• CNC Programming & Process troubleshooting
• Rejection Analysis and Preventive measure
• 7QC Tools, Safety & 5S Management
• Maintaining Quality system & Documentation

Position 3:

Machine Shop - Shift Supervisors

• Machine Shop Senior Engineer with 5+ Years of experience
• Shift Production and Manpower Planning
• CNC Programming & Process troubleshooting
• Rejection Analysis and Preventive measure
• 7QC Tools, Safety & 5S Management

Position 4:

Machine Shop - Engine Powder Coating

Machine Shop Senior Engineer with 5+ Years of experience.

Shift Production and Manpower Planning

Experience in powder coating

Position 5:

Tank Line - In charge

Tank Line Manager with 10+ Years of experience.

• Welding Process knowledge (MIG/Spot welding/Seam Welding/Laser/Brazing/Silencer welding)
• Hands-on Experience in Manpower Handling
• Hands-on experience in Problem solving/rejection analysis, Operating cost reduction (Consumables/Rejection/Manpower/Power)
• Hands-on Experience in Employee engagement activity

Position 6:

Tank Line - Shift Supervisor

Tank Line Senior Engineer with 5+ Years of experience.

• Entire Production activity (Production monitoring, Rejection Analysis, Manpower management)
• Hands-on experience in MIG/Spot welding/Seam Welding/Brazing
• Basic Knowledge on LASER welding
• Safety (Basics of dss+ concept)

Position 7:

Maintenance - Machine Shop - In charge

Maintenance Manager with 10+ Years of experience.

• Electrical/Mechanical - Makino & AMS make CNC Machine & SPM machine & Utilities (Compressor/AHU) population should be sound knowledge
• Upkeep machine and line efficiency should be monitored by Maintenance Matrix analysis skill
• Fanuc Drives/Robots & PLC knowledge, Spare parts planning, SAP knowledge, Safety Practices & Compliance, IMS Documentation/TPM Knowledge & Team building

Position 8:

Maintenance - Machine Shop - Shift Supervisor

Maintenance DM with 7+ Years of experience.

• Electrical - Makino & AMS make CNC machine troubleshooting Experience
• Fanuc Drives/Robots & PLC programming & troubleshooting experience
• Maintenance Matrix (PM/Daily check sheet/Predictive Maintenance/Down time analysis), SAP/IMS documentation

Position 9:

Maintenance - Machine Shop - Shift Supervisor

Maintenance Senior Engineer with 3+ Years of experience.

• Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics - Makino & AMS make CNC machine troubleshooting Experience
• Fanuc Drives/Robots & PLC, & Hydraulics & Pneumatics circuit troubleshooting experience
• Maintenance Matrix (PM/Daily check sheet/Predictive Maintenance/Down time analysis), Daily work management in shift

Position 10:

Maintenance - Tank line - In charge

Maintenance Manager with 10+ Years of experience.
