Hiring Professional YouTube Video Editor

Clickbex is looking for a talented YouTube Animation Editor who can bring videos to life with high-retention, modern, story-driven motion graphics. We work with creators and brands in the business, marketing, and AI space — and we need someone who understands the fast-paced, dynamic style used by Grow With Alex and Alex Hormozi.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and fast-paced animations

Ability to match/edit in the style of Grow With Alex or Alex Hormozi

Knowledge of story pacing, visual emphasis, and audience retention

Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver on deadlines

Creative eye for transitions, visual hooks, and engaging layouts

Responsibilities:

Edit and animate YouTube videos for our clients

Add dynamic captions, motion elements, and storytelling visuals

Transform raw talking-head content into engaging, high-retention videos

Collaborate with our creative team to improve the overall content quality

Bonus Points:

Experience in business/marketing/AI content

Ability to create custom graphics or animations

Understanding of YouTube retention strategy
