We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, driven, and social media–active agents to grow with us.

Experience Required:

* Minimum 1–2 years experience in Dubai real estate

* Strong knowledge of Off-Plan projects and/or Secondary market (specific areas preferred)

* Open to all nationalities and languages

Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and experienced Real Estate Agents who are active on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate:

* Understands both off-plan projects and secondary market in specific areas

* Is comfortable appearing in front of the camera

* Can create engaging content and convert audience into real leads and sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote property listings through social media platforms

* Create daily high-quality content (Reels, Stories, Videos)

* Handle leads, inquiries, and client communication

* Conduct calls and WhatsApp outreach

* Close deals and achieve monthly targets

* Work on both Off-Plan projects and Secondary listings

* Maintain CRM updates and reports

* MUST be confident in front of the camera

* Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market

* Sales-driven with excellent communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple clients and leads

* Familiar with CRM systems
