Salary: Target-Based Salary up to AED 5,000 + High Commission

We are actively hiring high-performance Real Estate Agents who have the confidence, skill, and hunger to close deals and grow with a dynamic real estate company in Dubai.

This role is strictly for serious agents only who can generate results and are experienced in Dubai real estate market for 2 years.

Compensation Structure:

Fixed Salary: AED 5,000 per month
(Applicable only when you generate a minimum of AED 30,000 net commission for the company in a month)

Commission Structure:

• 60% Agent / 40% Company
• 70% Agent / 30% Company

Performance-Based Model:
This is a target-based salary structure.
If targets are not achieved in any month, the performance bonus / salary will not be applicable for that month.

Visa provided after your first successful deal closure
