Hiring Recruitment Manager (Hyderabad)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager having 4-8 Years of experience to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes across all departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement.
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.
