MOGEL is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization in the East Valley to hire Billing Specialists focused on claims, denials, and payer follow-up. 

If you have experience working denied claims and enjoy solving complex billing issues, this is an opportunity to join a stable, performance-driven revenue cycle team. 

  

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Submit and rebill insurance claims 
• Work denials and rejections to resolution 
• Research payer guidelines and billing discrepancies 
• Update EMR demographics and patient information 
• Meet departmental productivity and quality metrics 

  

This is a back-end revenue cycle role strong attention to detail and claims knowledge are key. 

  

Schedule & Flexibility  

Monday–Friday 
Consistent 8-hour shift (start time between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM) 
Onsite: Monday–Wednesday & Friday 
Remote: Thursdays 

Schedule remains consistent once selected. 

  

Ideal Background 

• Healthcare billing / claims experience preferred 
• Experience with denials, adjustments, remittance research 
• Knowledge of payer workflows 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
• Professional, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven 

  

Nice to have: Multi-state billing experience (CA, OR, SC, GA, OK)
