What we’re looking for:

• 5–10+ years successful UAE real estate experience
• Strong leadership with an active, high-performing sales team
• Deep knowledge of off-plan & secondary markets
• Strong developer relationships (Sobha, Emaar, Damac, etc.)
• Ability to drive revenue, structure processes & elevate performance
