About the Role
Leaders Training Centre, a leading professional training institute in Qatar, is hiring high-performing Sales Executives (B2C) from India.
This is an inbound sales role for candidates with telecalling experience who are results-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about selling. Only candidates with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Present and promote Leaders Training Centre’s courses and training programs convincingly to maximize enrolments.
- Provide personalized course counseling to help students choose the right programs.
- Convert leads into confirmed enrolments and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline and follow up diligently on all leads.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and other initiatives to drive enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales, and conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents to drive referrals and repeat business.
Who Should Apply
- Experience: 2–3 years in B2C inbound sales or telecalling with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets.
- Sales Achievement: Candidates must demonstrate prior sales targets achieved.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or clear accent.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Personality: Highly self-motivated, confident, competitive, and target-driven.
- Other: Strong organizational and time-management skills, willing to relocate to Qatar.
