Job Title: Server / Bartender

A Modo Mio, an award-winning Restaurant & Pizzeria Napoletana, is seeking experienced servers and bartenders to join our team. We offer a fast-paced work environment and prioritize candidates with a background in Italian cuisine and professional career service.

We are specifically seeking serious candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced, full-service restaurants. Ideal applicants are professional team players committed to maintaining a clean workspace and are available for full-time evening shifts (minimum of 4-5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional hospitality and accurately managing guest orders.

- Maintaining comprehensive menu knowledge to offer informed recommendations and suggestive selling.

- Resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Collaborating with the team to run food and clear tables efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proven customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
- A positive attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and suggestive selling skills.
- Physical ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
