Our Educational Goals

Art Teacher Position

Student Age Group:

• Primarily ages 5–15 (children and youth)

Responsibilities:

• Teach Western-style drawing, with a strong emphasis on sketching (pencil drawing)
• Inspire students’ creativity and logical/artistic thinking
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
• Demonstrate passion for art, commitment to growth, and adherence to studio teaching principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts from a recognized art school
• Strong foundation in Western drawing, with an emphasis on sketching and figure drawing (individual style is a plus)
• Proficiency with multiple media: colored pencils, oil pastels, markers, acrylics, etc.
• Responsible, patient, and attentive to students’ individual progress
• Ability to guide students in creating original and visually compelling works
• Strong creativity, with the ability to encourage critical thinking and artistic reasoning
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to studio guidelines

Art Teaching Assistant Position

Student Age Group:

• Assist in classes for 5–15 year-old students

Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Support classroom instruction and assist students as needed
• Participate in structured training to improve teaching skills
• Contribute fresh artistic ideas and assist in creative lesson design
• Outstanding assistants may be promoted to lead teacher within 1–2 years, with the opportunity to independently teach and design lessons

Requirements:

• Open to newcomers; must be responsible and patient
• Background in Fine Arts education preferred
• Willingness to follow studio teaching principles and support classroom management
