Landscape Installer AND/OR Fine Gardener – East Bay
Full-Time W2 | Steady Year-Round Work
$25–$30+/hr DOE + Bonuses + PTO

Small East Bay landscape company hiring experienced team members for high-end residential work throughout Berkeley, Oakland, Alameda, Albany, San Leandro, and nearby areas.

We’re hiring for both these positions:

• Landscape Construction / Installation
• Fine Gardening / Maintenance
• You do NOT need experience in both.

Landscape Construction / Installer
Looking for someone with solid hands-on landscape construction experience.

Typical work includes:

• Pavers, natural stone, retaining wall, general hardscaping and stonework
• Irrigation systems
• Planting, mulching, etc
• Drainage, grading, trenching, etc
• Fencing, water features, lighting, etc
• General landscape construction

You should:

• Be reliable
• Work clean and efficiently
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to work without constant supervision
• Care about quality work

Pay: $26–$30+/hr DOE

Fine Gardener / Maintenance

This is detailed garden care for high-end residential properties; not mow-and-blow maintenance and a seperate crew from the install team.

Work includes:

• Pruning
• Plant care
• Planting
• Organic treatments
• Basic irrigation troubleshooting

Looking for someone with:

• Good plant knowledge
• Proper pruning experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication

Starting around $25+/hr DOE
