Role: Talent Acquisition Manager – IT & BPO
Engagement: Contract to Hire (6 Months)
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Bangalore (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across Software Development (IT) and BPO / Non-IT functions. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, team leadership, volume hiring expertise, and data-driven recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Design and execute TA strategies aligned to business growth plans
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast demand and define hiring roadmaps
  • Drive process optimization across the recruitment lifecycle

End-to-End Hiring Ownership

  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closures
  • Build structured hiring frameworks (technical, behavioral & culture fit)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 recruiters
  • Define SLAs with hiring managers and ensure delivery excellence
  • Advise leadership on market trends, talent availability & salary benchmarks

Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines

  • Strengthen employer brand via LinkedIn, job portals, campuses & referral programs
  • Build strong pipelines for niche IT roles and high-volume BPO hiring

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance, Quality of Hire
  • Build hiring dashboards and recruiter performance reports
  • Optimize recruitment spend and vendor performance

Additional Exposure

  • Implement ATS & AI-driven hiring tools
  • Manage staffing partners and recruitment vendors
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and onboarding alignment

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT & BPO hiring
  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong exposure to ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Lever, Keka Hire)
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, offer negotiations & closures
  • Experience onboarding and managing vendors

Good to Have

  • TA / HR Analytics certifications (LinkedIn, SHRM, AIRS)
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws & compliance
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-based recruitment tools

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
