What You’ll Do

• Lead a classroom of toddlers (ages 1–3) with confidence and care
• Implement hands-on learning activities (including early STEM exposure)
• Teach structure: circle time, transitions, and classroom routines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate daily with parents through our app
• Help toddlers develop social, emotional, and early academic skills

• Strong classroom management skills (yes… even with toddlers )

Requirements

• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• High School Diploma or GED (CDA or ECE coursework is a plus)
• Able to pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, move, and actively engage with children daily

Schedule Options

• Full-Time & Part-Time Available
• We serve working families with extended hours (5:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• Flexible shifts available (perfect for early birds or late shifts)

Pay: $11.50-$12.00 Hourly

Teacher/Student Ratio: (1-7)

Shift: 11am-7pm, 12:00pm-8pm, 2pm-7pm, 3pm-8pm, or 4pm-8pm

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
