Hiring: Upwork Bidder (Commission-Based)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who has their own verified Upwork account and can bring digital marketing clients consistently.

The ideal candidate should have strong bidding skills, client communication expertise, and experience in closing high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant projects on Upwork using your own account
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Convert leads into confirmed projects
• Coordinate with our internal team after project confirmation

Requirements:

• Must have your own Upwork account
• Proven experience in winning digital marketing projects
• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of services like Social Media Marketing, SEO, Ads, Web & Branding

Commission:
30% commission per successful project
(No fixed salary – high earning potential)

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
