We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant History/Political Science Lecturer to join our dynamic educational team at R.V. Patel College of Science, Commerce & Arts. This role is integral in delivering engaging history lessons, fostering a love for historical inquiry, and cultivating a positive learning environment for students.

Job Description –

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of history & social science lessons that align with curriculum standards.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage student participation in historical analysis and critical thinking.
• Support the lead teacher in assessing student progress, managing classroom behavior, and implementing individualized learning plans.
• Organize educational materials and resources that enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop integrated lessons and cross-disciplinary projects.
• Contribute to a positive school culture that promotes respect, diversity, and engagement.

Job Requirements –

• Education – BA/MA/B.Ed
• Previous experience conducting lectures for undergraduate programs.
• Prior experience in a classroom setting, particularly in a teaching or tutoring role.
• Strong knowledge of historical content and pedagogy.
• Ability to engage students and create a supportive learning environment.
• Experience with differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
