Community Access & Growth Manager
RipplePHX is a small, but mighty nonprofit in Phoenix, AZ. We are innovative, fast-paced, demanding and our goal is to address today’s HIV virus through impact-focused splashes of awareness, love, and celebrations of individual sexual expression as a back-to-grass-roots project created for our LGBTQ+ community. Our team works each week to empower our community to create their ripple by becoming informed, sharing knowledge, and embracing at least one tool to help stop the spread of HIV.
RipplePHX also operates RipplePrints, a community-based print shop that helps sustain our HIV programs while serving businesses, artists, and organizations across our community. From custom apparel and banners to stickers and promotional materials, RipplePrints transforms creative ideas into bold, high-quality products - with every order helping power HIV prevention, testing, and care services.
This position is a dual-role across both RipplePHX’s core HIV work and crosses over into RipplePrints. This role will help expand those partnerships, building relationships that not only grow RipplePrints but also strengthen the long-term impact of RipplePHX’s mission.
You will thrive in this role if you are goal-oriented, enjoy a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and love building relationships while maintaining a results-driven mindset and keeping the mission of RipplePHX front and center. The ideal candidate will 1) love helping others, 2) be able to effectively communicate our mission, and 3) have a creative itch that also likes to get scratched.
