Role and Responsibilities

Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of teaching and learning opportunities

Prepare the classroom and resources for lessons

Support all groups of students to raise attainment and progress both individually and in groups

Observing student performance and reporting on observations to the Teacher

Facilitating learning through play

Work in collaboration and communicating with parents

Assisting with excursions and events such as Sports Day

Required Qualifications and Skills

Level Cache 5 qualification

Education or Early Childhood qualifications would be an advantage

Positive outlook and mindset

Commitment and understanding of wellbeing of others as well as themselves

Fluent and proficient spoken, written and reading of English

Clear and effective communication

Compassionate and nurturing, with a sense of humour and fun

2 years' experience working in a school setting
