This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Division for a HMIS/EMR Business Development Outdoor professional. The role involves directly engaging with potential and existing clients to identify business opportunities and establish partnerships. Primary responsibilities include promoting iTack’s Healthcare Management Systems such as HMIS and EMR, conducting client meetings and presentations, addressing client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, the position includes monitoring industry trends, managing client relationships, and working with the internal team to ensure timely project execution.

• Proficiency in Emergency Services and experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
• Knowledge of U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) standards and processes
• Experience in medical fields, particularly as a Paramedic, with a deep understanding of medicine-related practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare technology
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi and engage in outdoor client-facing activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Willingness to travel when required
