HND in Construction Trainer

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management).
• A Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent is often required, especially in the specific area of construction being taught (e.g., Construction Technology, Surveying, etc.).
• 2 years significant professional experience in the construction industry. Experience in roles such as site management, project management, surveying, or other construction-related jobs.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and technologies.
• Familiarity with construction management practices and software (like AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical demonstrations effectively.
• Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage students.
• Good organization and planning skills to create a structured learning environment.
• Assessment and evaluation skills to track student progress and provide feedback.
