Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High-Net-Worth (HNW) Nanny to provide exceptional childcare and household support for affluent families. This role involves nurturing and caring for children across various age groups, from infants to preschoolers, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive environment that promotes learning, growth, and well-being. You will be an integral part of the family’s daily life, offering personalized care tailored to each child's needs while maintaining a warm and organized household atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs, incorporating meal planning and preparation skills
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises that foster learning and creativity
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes for infants and toddlers
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light household chores related to childcare, including cleaning toys, laundry, and tidying up play areas
• Support children with activities involving working with individuals with disabilities or special needs when applicable
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently

Skills

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles with a focus on high-net-worth families or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of toddler care, preschool activities, and child development principles, arts and crafts, etc.
• Ability to perform first aid confidently and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other household staff
• Competence in cleaning duties related to childcare areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Self starter, able to make decisions independently
• Able to continue the organizational system currently used inthe household
• Clear driver’s license
• Ability to travel internationally
• Must speak English clearly, Spanish speaker a plus
• Experience in caring and styling of toddler hair

Pay: $30.00 per hour
