HOA Community Manager

Overview
Join our Property Management team as an HOA Community Manager, where you will play a vital role in fostering vibrant, well-maintained neighborhoods. This position offers the opportunity to lead community initiatives, ensure compliance with legal and housing regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents. As the central point of contact for homeowners and vendors alike, you will drive community engagement, oversee property operations, and uphold the highest standards of property management excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential communities, ensuring smooth functioning of property services and facilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management tasks to maintain high standards of safety and aesthetics
  • Conduct conflict management by mediating disputes between residents or addressing complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and administrative documentation related to contracts, violations, and inspections
  • Support community engagement initiatives by organizing events or communication campaigns that foster resident involvement
  • Attend Board and Annual Meetings

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in real estate administrative tasks including filing, data management, and facilities oversight
  • Effective negotiation skills for vendor contracts
  • Familiarity with CCIOA ( Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act )
  • Office experience supporting property and administrative functions within a property management setting

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
