HOA Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused HOA Community Manager to support our portfolio of communities and partner closely with Boards of Directors to ensure well-managed, thriving neighborhoods. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in communication, organization, and problem-solving, and who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, community-oriented environment. We are not responding to cooks, delivery drivers, salesmen and the like, so please don't auto apply. We are looking for a TEAM player and MATCH!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and the management company
  • Collaborate with the Board to implement policies, support community governance, and enforce governing documents
  • Coordinate maintenance needs, oversee vendor performance, and ensure timely completion of community projects
  • Assist with budgeting processes, review financial reports, and promote the association’s fiscal responsibility
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend Board meetings, and provide knowledgeable, professional guidance
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and consistency in alignment with HOA policies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state laws, governing documents, and established association procedures

Qualifications

  • Prior HOA or community management experience preferred - not looking for a rental or leasing agent
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Self starter that doesn't need micromanaging but can perform the job as described.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HOA operations, contracts, and "mastering" the Master Deed/Bylaws
  • Excel spreadsheet knowledge and ability to create budgets a must.
  • Must be willing to perform on call after hours and handle calls for emergencys one week per month.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, stoop, reach, push, pull, grasp, and use hands and fingers. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and communicate effectively.
