HOA/ Floating Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a small portfolio of homeowner associations, small multifamily projects and assist with coverage of other multifamily sites in the absence of the onsite manager. The ideal candidate will be extremly organized, have strong communiction and customer service skills and a knowledge of maintenance. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of HOA management along maintaining property standards and company polices, and fostering positive relationships with residents and other property managers.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate and assist with management functions within the homeowner association and multifamily properties.

- Utilize Appfolio software to maintain accurate records and financial data

- Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance resident satisfaction

- Assist in property leasing activities and collections

- Manage contracts with vendors for property maintenance and repairs

- Maintain an organized office environment and ensure all documentation is up to date

-Attend HOA Board meeetings

-Travel to multifamily sites to assist with management coverage in the absence of an onsite manager.

Skills

- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to homeowner associations and multifamily assets

- Experience with Appfolio software or similar property management systems

- Strong customer relationship management skills

- Familiarity with property leasing and collections processes

- Understanding of contract management for property maintenance and repairs

- Competence in office organization and documentation management

-Strong leadership and customer service oriented

-Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in property management with a willingness for growth and leadership opportunities.

-Must have dependable transportation, valid drivers license, and be willing to travel overnight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
