This is not an entry-level position—we are looking for candidates with relevant, hands-on experience who are ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact professionally and positively with homeowners and guests
  • Follow direction from management staff with a team-first attitude
  • Perform site maintenance, including grounds care and cleaning
  • Assist with pool maintenance (CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability with consistent daily attendance

Available Positions:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Split Shift: 2 days (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) + 3 evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
