Hoard Cleaning Assistant

PHD Cleaning are Experts in P*iles Higher & D*eeper...and we mean it.

This position is very much as needed. There are some weeks where PHD has several cleaning sites across Central Texas. Other weeks where we are waiting for approvals. Ideal candidates have a willingness to travel to job sites, give judgement free help to those we serve, and be flexible with their schedule!

What you’ll do

• Assist with removal of debris from homes
• Possibly prep homes that are scheduled to be treated for pest control and bed bugs
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure they are clean and presentable
• Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to maintain hygiene standards
• Dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations

Basic qualifications

• Empathy and patients with vulnerable populations (elderly, hoarders)
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Car with insurance and the ability to travel to job sites

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with hoarding tendencies
• Ability to be patient with clients and flexible in scheduling

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
