Holding Finance Director

Position Overview
We are seeking a Holding Finance Director to lead and manage the financial operations of Sey Holding. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong financial expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to oversee group-level financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The Holding Finance Director will play a key role in safeguarding Sey Holding’s financial health and maintaining its reputation for excellence in investment and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting and group-level accounting operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support holding company objectives.
  • Monitor investment performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and guide finance teams across subsidiaries and business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in financial management, group accounting, or investment oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and financial management tools.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver under deadlines.
