Job Description:

Lez Rove Tourism is looking for an experienced Tour Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel packages for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange domestic and international tour packages (flights, hotels, transportation, and activities).
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best deals.
• Assist clients with visa processing, itinerary planning, and travel requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving travel-related issues.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination requirements, and tourism regulations.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tour packages and travel deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tour Operator or in a similar travel-related role.
• Strong knowledge of tourism destinations, visa processes, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
