Holiday Consultant (Arabic Speaker Female Required)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Holiday Consultant to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the travel industry and be confident in handling holiday packages, customer inquiries, and booking systems.

This position is open to female candidates only.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel & tourism industry
• Arabic speaker (English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus)
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus or Sabre)
• Good knowledge of B2B travel portals (hotels, tours, suppliers)
• Strong skills in email handling and professional customer communication
• Experience in selling holiday packages, hotels, flights, and tours
• Ability to handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Good understanding of international destinations and visa requirements
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Create and sell customized holiday packages
• Make flight reservations using From Portals or Amadeus or Sabre
• Coordinate with suppliers through B2B portals
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and confirmations
• Follow up with clients to close sales
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

NOTE :Salary package will be offered based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
