Job Title: Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes & Tourism

Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with deep experience in business development, specifically in Holiday Home rentals and tourism planning. You will be required to provide a practical development plan for our existing business; it is mandatory that at least 80% of your suggested plan is actionable and realistic.

Requirements:

Deep Experience: Must have extensive experience as a Business Developer in the Holiday Homes and Tourism sector.

Networking: Must possess strong connections and experience in business networking and communication.

Marketing: Must have practical experience in creating offline marketing strategies and managing marketing teams.

The Plan: You must guarantee that your proposal is reachable. We MUST achieve at least 70% to 80% of the proposed plan milestones.

Salary & Commission Structure: Candidates may choose one of two options:

Option A (Salary + Commission):

Base Salary: AED 4,000 (Subject to Performance Conditions below).

Commission: Up to 8% on sales (based on a monthly target of AED 150,000).

Option B (Commission Only):

Commission: Up to 20% of total sales, based on the volume and quality of sales.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PERFORMANCE (Option A): Please note that the salary in Option A is strictly linked to performance. If the candidate fails to achieve their proposed goals or the minimum sales target of AED 150,000:

First Month: A 30% deduction will be applied to the salary.

Second Month: If the target is missed again, the deduction will escalate to 60% (cumulative/carry-forward basis). Further details regarding these conditions and contract terms will be discussed during the interview.
