Holiday Home Operations & Sales Executive

We are a growing Holiday Home Company in Dubai, seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations & Sales Executive to support daily operations, enhance customer experience, and help us scale the business through efficient systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and guests via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with the operations team for maintenance and operational tasks
• Send monthly rental reminders and confirm extensions or check-outs in advance
• Schedule check-out cleaning and inspections, and update operations accordingly
• Coordinate maintenance appointments with tenants, follow up on rescheduling, and ensure service quality
• Prepare check-in contracts, conduct welcome calls, share access details, and send contracts
• Handle DTCM check-in and check-out procedures
• Arrange shortage or replacement items for apartments
• Maintain and update Excel sheets for all check-ins and check-outs
• Handle sales inquiries, follow up with leads, and close bookings
• Manage and update listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, Airbnb, and other platforms

Systems & Process Development:

• Assist in selecting, implementing, and improving operational tools and systems
• Help structure and streamline holiday home operations to improve efficiency
• Contribute ideas and best practices to support business growth and scalability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations (strongly preferred)
• Good understanding of Dubai holiday home regulations and DTCM requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with listing platforms and operational workflows
• Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes
• Candidates with experience implementing systems or software are highly encouraged
