Holiday Homes admin with solid experience in Airbnb,Booking.com,Hostaway,DTCM,DET,Bayut,Dubizzle,Property Finder

URGENT

• Listing and maintaining properties on Airbnb, Booking.com,Agoda, Bayut,Dubizzle and Property Finder.
• Assist customers with inquires,booking, convert leads into sales.
• Hostaway knowledge regarding reservations booking, check-in, check-out, cancellations, invoicing, receipts, blocking the units, unit availability.
• Manage and process reservations for Airbnb properties, ensuring accuracy and prompt responses to booking inquiries.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing any questions or special requests.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and payment processing in a professional and timely manner.
• Applying DTCM permits for all the apartments.
• Check-in and check-out on DET portal.
• Sending check-in and extension email to the building management.
• Generate and maintain accurate booking reports. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels for guest supplies and property essentials.
• Create and update property descriptions, photos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to enhance the property’s reputation.
• Track income, expenses, and commissions, providing regular Owner statement to the Landlords.
• Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of property management software and OTA platforms.
• Analytical skills for pricing strategies and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to holiday rentals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
