About Us

We are a rapidly expanding Holiday Homes company in Dubai with multiple years of experience, currently onboarding multiple new properties monthly and growing our portfolio across prime locations including Downtown, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah and many other premium luxury areas.

We are seeking highly motivated Holiday Homes Agents to join our team and play a key role in expanding our property portfolio.

This is a high-earning opportunity for driven professionals who are serious about building a successful career in the Holiday Homes and Short-Term Rental sector.

What You Will Do

As an agent you will Identify and approach property owners interested in Holiday Homes management and convince them for short term rentals by explaining the basics of the business (more profits, better and faster ROI, etc)

Generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, meetings and special exclusive provided leads.

Present our Holiday Homes services professionally and confidently to the owners

Convert qualified leads into signed management agreements

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets

Requirements

Preferably Female candidates

Minimum 1 year UAE experience in Holiday Homes or Real Estate is preferred

Applicants must have valid UAE residency. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Consistent outreach to owners

Confident, ambitious, and target-driven personality

Professional appearance and attitude

Fluent English required (additional languages are a strong advantage)

Dubai market knowledge is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Generous Basic Salary (based on experience)

Generous commission structure (10%)

Expected monthly earnings: AED 8,000 – AED 25,000+
