Role Overview

This dual-role requires a professional who can manage a growing portfolio of holiday homes while actively driving sales and acquisitions within the secondary real estate market. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining service excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance (DTCM, RERA), and growing our revenue through both rentals and resale property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Holiday Homes (Short-Term Rentals)
  • Manage the daily operations of the short-term rental portfolio, ensuring 5-star guest experiences and high occupancy rates.
  • Set up new holiday home units, including furnishing, DTCM registration, and platform integration (Airbnb, etc.).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with DTCM holiday home regulations and tourism licensing.
• Secondary Market Real Estate
  • Source, list, and sell secondary market properties across Dubai and wider UAE.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process from start to finish.
  • Conduct market analysis and property valuations to advise investors and end-users.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and agencies.
  • Stay updated on UAE property laws, trends, and off plan vs resale investment opportunities.
