Holiday Homes Operations Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a Holiday Homes Operations Executive with prior experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing property listings, guest coordination, inspections, and day-to-day operational support to ensure high standards across all managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain property listings on short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Conduct property inspections during check-in and check-out to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
• Perform random inspections of managed properties to maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Liaise with guests to handle queries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely cleaning and repairs.
• Ensure properties meet company standards and guest expectations at all times.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or operational concerns to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations (mandatory).
• Familiarity with property listing platforms for short-term rentals.
• Strong guest relationship and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Ability to conduct fieldwork, including inspections across multiple properties.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Dubai holiday homes regulations is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or shifts, if required.
