About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties across Dubai.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
You will be responsible for ensuring units are well-maintained, guest-ready, and operating smoothly at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of holiday home units
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
- Conduct property inspections and report issues
- Communicate with tenants/guests when required
- Handle minor issues and coordinate with technicians
- Monitor inventory (linens, supplies, toiletries)
- Work closely with the back-office/admin team
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs when needed
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Skills Requirements
- Professional fluency in English
- Previous experience in holiday homes, or hospitality preferred but candidates from all backgrounds will be considered
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Must be physically active and willing to travel across Dubai via metro and bus
- Basic problem-solving and coordination ability
- Work 6 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm
