HOLIDAY Marketing Integrator | AI + Design + Execution

Consultants / gig work / weekly 10-20hrs and 40hrs+ during the holiday season

We're looking for a highly organized, AI-forward Marketing Designer and Integrator who loves bringing ideas to life.

We are a woman-owned, Chicago-based company with more than 25 years of success designing holiday lighting, seasonal décor, permanent lighting, and outdoor living environments throughout Chicagoland.

This is a visually exciting business with beautiful projects, strong brand recognition, hundreds of five-star reviews, and meaningful community involvement through our annual giving programs.

We're looking for someone who can help us turn ideas into action.

Not someone who simply checks boxes.

Someone who enjoys creating, improving, organizing, and executing.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content
• Design graphics, flyers, banners, and marketing materials in Canva
• Build simple landing pages and emails in GoHighLevel
• Organize and manage marketing assets
• Support chamber, community, and nonprofit marketing initiatives
• Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign schedules
• Help implement AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency
• Collaborate on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new marketing ideas
• Keep projects organized and moving forward in Monday.com

Position Structure

This is a long-term contractor opportunity.

Hours will vary throughout the year. During the off-season, workload may average approximately 15–25 hours per week. During peak holiday season, hours may increase significantly.
