Position: Holiday Sales Associate

Location: Shimla On Site & Remote Available

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs 10,000 - Rs 25,000 per month (plus performance bonus and incentives)

Job Description:
As a Holiday Sales Associate, you will be the face of Oliput Holidays, assisting clients in planning their perfect getaway. Whether it's a romantic honeymoon, a family adventure, or a solo escapade, you'll use your expertise to create tailor-made itineraries that exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and whatsapp interactions.
• Understanding clients' travel preferences and requirements to recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Handling inquiries, processing bookings, and managing reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives.
• Staying updated on travel trends, destinations, and product offerings to enhance service delivery.
