About the Role

As a Holiday & Travel Consultant, you will design and manage personalized international holidays, seasonal getaways, and bespoke leisure trips. From the first client inquiry to post-travel follow-up, you’ll ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience by delivering expert travel advice and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, customize, and book international leisure and holiday travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service throughout the travel experience.
• Use Amadeus and online booking platforms to arrange flights, hotels, tours, and add-ons.
• Stay up to date on visa regulations, destination information, and travel advisories.
• Work with B2B partners and suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive holiday packages.
• Handle itinerary modifications, cancellations, and in-trip assistance with professionalism.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant (leisure/holiday or corporate travel).
• Strong proficiency in Amadeus and other online travel systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in creating customized travel packages and working with B2B platforms.
• A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Applicants must currently be living in Abu Dhabi.
