Holidays sales consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess and understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
• Develop and present bespoke travel itineraries encompassing flights, accommodation, ground transfers, excursions, and travel insurance.
• Manage flight reservations and ticketing processes using the Amadeus GDS system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, holiday packages, and related travel services through approved supplier and partner platforms.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales objectives through effective conversion of client enquiries.
• Provide comprehensive and accurate advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Administer all aspects of the booking process, including payment processing, documentation, amendments, and itinerary management.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to promote customer retention and referral business.
• Monitor and remain informed of current market trends, emerging destinations, and promotional offerings from key suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
