About Us
ColorVibes Craft Studio is a vibrant, welcoming DIY workshop space where guests can express their creativity through guided craft experiences—from fluid painting to tufting and beyond. We're building a small, passionate team to help bring joy and creativity to our community.
Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic Team Member to support daily operations, with a particular focus on holiday and weekend hours. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. While this position is currently temporary, there is potential for extension into 2026 based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with operational duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Store Operations & Customer Service
Greet customers, explain project options, and assist with crafting
Assist customers with craft projects, including set-up, basic instructions, and clean-up
Monitor and manage customer flow, including walk-ins and online reservations
Utilize the Square POS system for accurate transactions and discount application
Open and/or close the store as needed
Administrative Support
Lead / support workshops and private events
Support store owner in tracking inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio, bathrooms, and storage areas
Marketing & Content Support
Create in-store sample projects and displays
May help create content for Instagram, Reels, and other promotional channels
Work Hours & Schedule
Total hours per week to be discussed
Must be available for a variety of shifts, including holidays, weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and have a flexible schedule

Operating Hours (Subject to Change):
Mon–Fri: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sat: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Sun: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Start Date & Training
Start Date : ASAP
Training : Primarily on-the-job, with guidance and support provided throughout
Qualifications
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or arts/crafts instruction preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Passion for art, creativity and hands-on projects a big plus!
