Position Overview:
We are seeking a Holistic Esthetician who is deeply passionate about wellness and skin health, and who thrives in a collaborative, women-centered environment. This role goes beyond traditional esthetics; it is for someone who embraces a functional medicine approach to wellness and integrates that philosophy into customized skincare solutions.

You will be working with an organic, raw back bar to create tailor-made treatments and products for each client, combining art, science, and intuition. If you love creating personalized experiences that address both the inner and outer health of your clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic skin care treatments, including facials, masks, peels, and other services, tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide treatment such as whole body waxing, and tinting services to clients.
• Consult with clients to assess skin, lifestyle, and wellness factors to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Formulate and create custom skincare products using an organic, raw back bar.
• Educate clients on wellness practices that support healthy skin from the inside out.
• Collaborate with the functional medicine team to integrate esthetic care into broader wellness plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, holistic skincare practices, and functional medicine principles.

Qualifications:

• Licensed esthetician with a passion for holistic, natural skincare.
• Experience with organic and raw skincare products preferred.
• Strong understanding of how lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness impact skin health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating in a women-centered, wellness-focused practice.
• Creativity and intuition in formulating custom skincare solutions.
