We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Home-Based Sales Consultant to join our growing remote team. This role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in an independent, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales: Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with potential customers through phone calls, email, and virtual presentations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific challenges and interests of the prospect.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities, customer information, and forecasts accurately using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet & Exceed Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay Informed: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products/services, pricing, and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales, telesales, or consulting role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently from a home office.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Must have a dedicated, professional, and quiet home office setup with reliable high-speed internet access.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. You operate as an Independent Contractor (1099), which means:
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Your income is completely performance-driven and tied directly to the sales you generate.
- Self-Management: You are responsible for managing your own schedule, business expenses, and all self-employment taxes.
